Report a Copyright Concern
Copyright owners and their authorised representatives can contact us about material accessible through Escape Road City 2 App. A precise report helps identify whether the concern involves a page we publish or content delivered by an external game host.
Identify the work and the location
Record the page URL and describe the disputed image, text, or other material. If the issue occurs inside a game, explain where it appears within that game. Include a reference identifying your original work. Changing our page or link cannot delete material stored on someone else’s server.
Send the notice
Email support@escaperoadcity2.app with “Copyright review” in the subject. For a DMCA notice, include:
- Your physical or electronic signature and identification of the protected work.
- Identification and a sufficiently precise location of the material you want reviewed.
- Contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act for the owner.
Clarification and handling
If the work or location is unclear, further details may be needed to assess the request. Access to disputed material may be disabled or the material removed after review. Relevant details may be passed to the responsible contributor where needed to address the claim. Avoid including personal information that is unrelated to the notice.
Disputing an incorrect removal
If you believe your material was removed by mistake, identify its former location when contacting us. Formal counter-notifications have specific requirements, including a signature, contact details, a statement under penalty of perjury, consent to the applicable federal court’s jurisdiction, and acceptance of service of process. Consult the U.S. Copyright Office’s notice and counter-notice guidance before submitting one.
Other ownership and attribution issues
For an incorrect credit, a trademark concern, or impersonation, explain the issue directly without labelling it a copyright notice. Repeated infringement may result in restrictions on submissions or access where appropriate. General technical reports belong on the contact page.
